RETURN AND WARRANTY POLICY

1) All returns must be pre-authorized by management. Call (706) 208-9391 for return authorization number (RA#) before shipping back any merchandise.

2) Returns permitted within 30 days from the date of receipt of merchandise. Returned merchandise will be accepted by us only if all conditions A, B, C, D, below are met. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for any shipping charges of merchandise being returned to us, unless we erred. This policy is subject to change.

A) All returns must include original factory box, original factory packaging (foam, plastic wrappings, etc.) Blank unfilled warranty cards, all instruction booklets and paperwork. Do not deface original factory cartons or packing in any manner. Do not tape up original manufacturer’s box. All returns must be double boxed. We will not accept a return if packaging is not in its original condition.

B) All returned merchandise must be in its original mint and clean condition. Returns on damaged or scratched merchandise will not be accepted.

C) All returns must include all the factory accessories which come with the item. For example, a portable video magnifier must be returned with charger, cords, straps, etc. No returns will be accepted if any of these packed accessories are missing.

D) All returns must be authorized by us. Call for an authorization number and instructions prior to shipping any goods back. With your return, enclose your original receipt or a copy of it. Also include a brief letter of explanation of why the merchandise is being returned and state your request for either a refund or an exchange. Include the authorization number on all correspondence, as well as in the shipping address, Attn: Service Dept. RA# ****.

3) Repairs on defective merchandise are handled by the manufacturer warranties; refer to your product manual.
